1. Delivery
-Not responsible for damage beyond front door of
residence.
2. Returned checks
-$20.00 Charge
3. Manufacturer Orders
-Allow minimum 4-8 weeks on manufacturers orders
most companies ship in 4-5 weeks, however, shipping
time can increase or decrease due to seasonal peaks,
over which we have no control.
-Minimum - 50% deposit required
-Must be picked up within 30 days of notification
otherwise $1.00/day storage charge will be charged
unless prior arrangements are made.
4. Layaway
- 30,60,90 days
-20% Non-refundable Deposit
-Layaway items before finishing must be 50% paid
for, before items will be finished.
-Unfinished layaways - after 90 days - a storage fee
of $1.00/day will be charged unless prior
arrangements have been made.
-Finished layaways - within 30 days of notification
- a storage fee of $1.00/day will be charged unless
prior arrangements have been made.
-After 90 days from date of initial layaway, any
refund due will be store credit only, no cash
refunds.
-After 120 days from date of initial layaway, no
refunds.
5. In stocks returns/cancellations
-Must be within 30 days of purchase
-No refunds on items that are finished or damaged
-Subject to 10% non-refundable re-stocking fee
6. Finishing
-In stock items allow minimum 4-6 weeks
-Ordered items allow minimum 6-12 weeks
-It is the customer's responsibility to choose the
correct color (we do not mix colors). Color samples
are provided for each type of wood we sell. (Color
samples are approximate and may vary on each type of
wood.)
-Due to variations in woods and batches of stains.
We cannot guarantee any color matches.
-Any item removed from store cannot be returned for
finishing - (no exceptions).
-Minimum-$20.00
-Maximum-$200.00
7. Note
-You are ordering real wood furniture, not
pressboard, real wood can have natural flaws such as
knots, lighter or darker streaks, etc. Which is part
of the natural beauty of real wood. In addition,
finishing real wood furniture, individual wood
boards will contain color variations.
